Once you have a tour stop scheduled, it is important that it goes live between 6am and 7am EST. If your post is not uploaded by 7am, we may not be able to promote it. So if you have a problem with scheduling your posts, please let us know and we will do our best to help you.
In the case of last minute problems or hold ups, please try to post the promo on your blog. That way, visitors will know that your review is coming soon.
We understand that sickness and emergencies may sometimes prevent bloggers from posting their review. But bloggers who fail to post their reviews more than two times (without a good reason) will be removed from the tour host line up. This enables the system to work well for everyone involved.
About Your Tour Materials
Your blog tour materials should arrive via email at least 7 days before your tour stop, to allow you time to read the book and write your review.If you don’t receive them, please email us. Also, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your approved email list, so your materials don’t wind up in the spam folder.
As a tour participant with a passion for paranormal and urban fantasy books, you are probably already aware of the need to protect the rights of our authors. So please avoid sharing, copying or distributing your review copy of their e-books.
